Did U known if U work out in the water it is more beneficial. I have heard that if U walk for 30 minuets in a pool it equals too 2 miles on land, It is because the water puts more resistance on your body so it has to work harder. Also it does not put a lot of pressure on the joint because of the gravity is less in the water then on land. I also believe that U do not get as tired as quickly as U do on land, plus U stay cool while working out. I know this because I work out in a pool at a health spa for between 30 minuet to a hour in the water.
