How to find lost software for your Computer.

Hi if you have a component that U do not have the software for this is how I find it some times. Use the name or serial numbers or company that made its name in a search engine that U use the most. Say like if U bought a web cam at a flea market and it did not have the CD drive disk or anything with it try this. Look up the name in the search engine and see what pops up U can use even the serial numbers to see if they will lead U to a site that U can use to find the drive or other software that U can use with the product. OK say I bought this gigaware web cam with out any software with it I use the name and search and it gave me 20,400 possibly choices to pick from U may find what U are looking for one your first try but then again U may not. I surly have to go thought a couple of the site before i find one that will work with my computer. Its a trail and error so do not give up on it. I hope that I have help u out a little.
